My deep love for animation began when I would repetively watch the Classic Disney animated films. My personal favorite is “Sleeping Beauty” as I loved that the infamous female animator ‘Mary Blair’ took part in the film(among many others). Ever since then, my love for wanting to visit the Walt Disney Animation Studios has grown with each passing time. I was always embarrassed as a kid; as many of my friends and their families often went to Disneyland or DisneyWorld as for my family, there were often too many financial struggles between my parents to afford to go. With that in the back of my mind, I made a vow to myself to get nearly every animated film onto VHS! Not was I just watching each film, but was also secretly studying it to have various techniques memorized by heart. I loved rewinding my favorite scenes and sequences over and over to also have those bits memorized. From someone who was born in the mid 80’s,(waaaay before the internet) I’d say I had the best of both animated worlds. 私の深いな愛アニメションにはデイズニー映画がもう一回もう一回巻き戻した…子供の頃には(眠り姫)だったよ！そのアニメターMary Blairも作りました..デイズニアニメションスタジオ旅行へいつもいつも子供の頃行きたくてけど、恥ずかしかった子供の思うた..他の友達とか同級生とか行きました。私の両親にたくさんお金の問題だった当てえらないもん. 子供の頭決めた！デイズニー全部VHS揃えたいってでした！！:) その映画見てないで、勉強しましたもね。巻き戻した大好き大好きだった❤️インタネットの前からふたりのアニメ世界ありました。（╹◡╹）♡
Anime in English after many years was later reintroduced to me by my older brother whom also loved it. As a teen, he would invite his best friends over and dominate the television, living room or basement. On some weekend nights, you could hear the roaring laughter from watching really bizarre horror films or watching anime..many nights due to the noise, I’d wake up and tiptoe outside of my bedroom to just get a tiny peek at what they were watching. To my surprised eyes it looked like a cartoon but something was odd about how the girls were animated; but my 8 year old brain couldn’t figure it out (until years later)… 90年後にはお兄さんのアニメ紹介始めたでした！！:) お兄さんもアニメ大好きだった…十代の頃(お兄さんって)お友達へお家に招いた。週末の夜でベースメントの大笑い声聞こえましたその理由が垣間見たそして、珍しかった私…そんな訳でアニメオタク生きてた。
